Aglow Milwaukee “Genesis” Lighthouse was established in 1972 by a group of women from diverse denominational backgrounds who longed for a deeper relationship with the Lord and a greater move of the Holy Spirit in their lives. At that time, Aglow International—then known as Women’s Aglow—had yet to reach Milwaukee. Under the leadership of Lorna Toll, this Lighthouse became a beacon of God’s love and power in the city, igniting a passion for His Presence and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
For over 50 years, Aglow Milwaukee “Genesis” has been a place of encounter, drawing both women and men into deeper fellowship with God. Every third Friday of the month, we gather for powerful worship, intercessory prayer, and Spirit-filled teaching that inspires and equips believers to walk in their God-given identity. Beyond our gatherings, we offer dynamic Bible studies, prayer groups, community outreaches, and prayer walks—ministering to the lost, the hurting, and all who hunger for more of Him.
Our vision is to see believers grow in faith, develop a biblical worldview, and step boldly into their Kingdom calling. We believe we are called to be the light in the darkness, operating in the power and authority given to us as sons and daughters of the King of Kings. We are passionate about intercessory prayer, evangelism, and creating a welcoming space where denominational barriers fade and the love of Jesus takes center stage.
Just as the women of 1972 stepped out in faith to birth this movement, we invite you to come and experience His Presence with us. If you are hungry for more—more of His power, more of His love, more of His truth—join us at Aglow Milwaukee “Genesis” Lighthouse and be part of what God is doing in this hour!
