Let me share a little about myself and my family.
I am 68 years old and have been a widow for six years. The Lord has blessed me with four wonderful adult children—Adam, Aaron, Beth, and Caleb—and an abundance of joy in my 20 grandchildren (12 boys and 8 girls). A new chapter of blessing begins in June 2025, as I become a great-grandmother to a precious baby boy! God is so good, and I give Him all the praise! My family is my greatest joy and my crowning glory, as Proverbs 17:6 (NLT) reminds us:
"Grandchildren are the crowning glory of the aged; parents are the pride of their children."
For the past ten years, as of January 2025, I have had the privilege of serving as the Wisconsin South Area Team President.
My journey with Aglow began in 1995 when a dear friend from church invited me to attend the Milwaukee "Genesis" Community Lighthouse. Though work commitments soon prevented me from continuing at that Lighthouse, God had a plan. I later became part of Milwaukee Saturday Lighthouse, where I served as a Greeter, Prayer Chairman, Vice President, and eventually President. My late husband and I also had the honor of co-Chairing the Usher Team when Milwaukee hosted an Aglow National Conference.
I have always known the importance of working diligently for the Lord and serving our King, Jesus Christ. My heart was ignited with fresh fire of the Holy Spirit when Jane Hansen Hoyt received the mandate for Israel back in 2001. Since then, I have been blessed to visit the Holy Land eight times—seven of those with Aglow and my most recent visit in 2022 with Jerusalem House of Prayer under the ministry of Tom and Katie Hess. Each journey deepened my love for Israel as I walked, prayed, and witnessed the land of God’s promise.
Under His Wings,
